Research studies have shown that women who receive regular reflexology during pregnancy have better pregnancies and have a shorter labour with less intervention and require less pain relief.

Pregnancy Reflexology

Did you expect to feel amazing and radiant throughout your pregnancy, but instead are feeling exhausted, emotional and uncomfortable?

Pregnancy is a special time as you prepare to welcome your baby into the world. But sadly that doesn’t mean you will feel amazing throughout your pregnancy.

Fluctuating hormones, a changing body, nausea, exhaustion, back ache, insomnia, anxiety, worrying about pregnancy, baby being healthy, giving birth and being a parent…. the list goes on! These are the things that often don’t get talked about and can come as quite shock when you’re pregnant. I often get asked by expectant mums ‘why didn’t anyone warn me I’d feel like this?’

Did you hope to be glowing and radiant throughout pregnancy, but have found that’s not the case? If you feel uncertain, unwell or unsure of how to navigate their journey, that’s ok. It’s normal. We can help you.

Do you want someone who understands your concerns, who will listen to you and can provide you with expert advice tailored to your individual pregnancy and circumstances? If so, you are in the right place.

With us, you will have access to qualified Midwives and specialist maternity reflexologists who offer invaluable support throughout your whole pregnancy. From the moment you conceive, through all stages of pregnancy and into your post-natal period.
