Appointments:
As a small business, every appointment is important to us, and late cancellations or missed appointments can have a significant impact. We kindly ask that if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to another client.
Appointments are non refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate you, but please use the booking system or the link in your confirmation email to make changes. Unfortunately, cancellations through phone, text or email are not accepted to ensure accuracy and efficiency in being received in time.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee equal to the full value of the service will apply. This helps us cover the time and resources set aside for your appointment. The cancellation fee will be automatically processed using the payment details on file. Exceptions will be made if another client can take your appointment, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Maternity reflexology:
Providing we are notified of the cancelled appointment, there is no cancellation charge if you cancel due to going into labour or due to a maternity related hospital admission. If you have paid for the treatment in advance, you can reschedule for a post natal reflexology session.
Gift vouchers:
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-refundable.
Vouchers can only be used for the treatment specified on the voucher.
Vouchers will not be extended if they are not redeemed before they expire.
