About Heather

I am a fully qualified reflexologist and registered midwife.

Having worked in women’s health for over 15 years, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area which I am continuously developing. I am extremely passionate about supporting and empowering women on their individual journeys, whether it be fertility, pregnancy, menopause or living with conditions such as PMS and endometriosis.

When you work with me, you will experience the deeply nurturing benefits of reflexology; physically. mentally and emotionally. I take a holistic approach with my treatments, addressing not just the presenting condition but other factors such as diet, lifestyle and stress management. I offer a combination of tools to help you improve health and wellbeing.

It is always a privilage and joy to see my client’s lives improve through reflexology. I am constantly fascinated by the powerful effects of this ancient therapy, so much can be interpreted and healed through the feet. There’s no better feeling than a client telling me they have conceived, or have gone into natural labour after having reflexology!

I love learning and improving my skills and knowledge, continously training in areas I am curious about. I have recently completed my training as a Nutritional Therapist to offer a more comprehensive level of support to my clients.

Drawing from her extensive experience as a hospital and community midwife, she is dedicated to working with families, specialising in women’s and children’s health.
