InThis session includes:

✔ 3-day food diary review

✔ 90-minute in-depth consultation

✔ Personalised written summary & action plan

1-1 Nutrition Coaching

If after your consultation, you would like ongoing guidance, you will have the option to continue into a personalised programme. The number of sessions and frequency will be decided together and will based on your the level of support you need.

The full programme includes:

✔ Follow-up coaching sessions over 6-12 weeks

✔ Personalised plan with nutrition, supplements, meal ideas, lifestyle and mindset support

✔ Functional blood testing — 48-hour results with a full expert interpretation (lab costs excluded)

✔ Bespoke supplement plan with 10% practitioner discounts

✔ Unlimited support between sessions (Mon–Fri, 9–6)

✔ Held online via Zoom or in person
